Delta Emergency Rescue is registered with the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS), Public Service Medical Aid Scheme (PSEMAS) and the Health Professions Council of Namibia (HPCNA) as an Advanced Life Support ambulance service.
Delta Emergency Rescue serves as one of Namibia’s leading private emergency medical services, operating across 3 strategic locations countrywide. Offering fast and effective emergency responses and pre-hospital care, we collaborate with both public and private hospitals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Delta Emergency Rescue’s integrated service offering – which includes aeromedical services and evacuations, medical concierge services, medical case management, international patient management, hospital in-patient referrals, medical repatriation, escorting of minors service, and repatriation of mortal remains – positions Delta Emergency Rescue as a medical services solution of choice on the African continent.

This facility has the technological capacity to provide a broad range of emergency medical services, including the dispatching of Mobile Intensive Care Unit Fleets. Our contact Centre, have tasks ranging from taking calls to evaluating the nature and severity of a situation and dispatching the resources necessary to contain a given situation.
Highly trained and dedicated operators, using sophisticated dispatching software, mapping technology and medical databases, manage the centre 24 hours a day. This comprehensive support network enables us to customize solutions to meet our clients’ individual needs.

Operations – Quality Emergency Services
Hand in hand with our emphasis on quality, clinical excellence and the extended patient, we ensure that our patient and client needs come first. We back this commitment by operating from 3 branches and utilising an extensive fleet of over 5 emergency vehicles. These include Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs), Critical Care Retrieval Units, Rescue Ambulances and Road Ambulances. Our national reach is enhanced by our partnerships with reputable service providers nationwide. This includes helicopter and fixed-wing air ambulances in strategically located areas to minimise flight response time.

Our specialized medical services team can manage any medical emergency. We have extensive experience providing effective and reliable emergency medical support at concerts, corporate, social and sporting events, indoors and outdoors, nationwide. We deliver fast, efficient and competent service to our clients using innovative technologies.
